Above the Waters: The Return of the Dove is a luminous sacred abstract artwork inspired by the biblical imagery of the dove returning with an olive branch—a timeless symbol of hope, peace, renewal, and God’s promise after the storm. A white dove rises against sweeping layers of deep blue, turquoise, violet, crimson, and gold, carrying a delicate olive branch. Golden accents and flowing textures suggest light moving across the waters, while a distant dove above adds a quiet sense of journey and return. Inspired by the story of Noah in Genesis, this piece speaks of the moment when darkness begins to recede, and life becomes possible again. “And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off.” — Genesis 8:11 Perfect for a prayer space, meditation room, peaceful home interior, spiritual art collection, or as a meaningful gift celebrating hope, faith, healing, renewal, and new beginnings.
